Getting Around

Located just over 100 miles West of Denver and 30 Miles East of Eagle, Vail is very easy to get to. If you are coming from Denver International Airport, take Peña Blvd to Interstate 70 west and travel for about 1hr 30mins to exit #203 (CO-9S). Continue on CO-9S to Pine St. which will take you directly into the heart of Breckenridge. 

Breckenridge also has The Summit Stage- one of the largest free public transportation services in the nation, and it makes it easy to get around town. Keep in mind that the bus schedule in the summer months are drastically different than the winter Months. The bus is a great resource to easily get to the slopes or any other destination you desire in Breckenridge and other parts of Summit County. Click here to view the map of The Summit Stage.

There are also several shuttle services available directly from Denver International Airport, or Eagle County Airport.

Beaver Run

Located near the Breckenridge Conference Center, Beaver Run is also ski-in/ski-out. Beaver Run sits at the bottom of Peak 9 approximately 2 miles from the Breckenridge Ski Resort, and has chairlift access via the Beaver Run Super Chair.

 

Blue River

Blue River is its own town sitting just South of the Town of Breckenridge.  The neighborhood is centered around the Blue River and includes many different subdivisions of old and new.  Most of the homes are single family and range greatly in size and scope.  The neighborhood is a great combination of local and vacation homes. 

Boreas Pass

Boreas Pass Neighborhood boasts some of the best views in Breckenridge.  The homes offer privacy and expansive views of the Ten Mile Range as well as Breckenridge ski area.  Boreas Pass also has some great recreation available via snowshoeing and nordic skiing in the winter, to hiking and biking in the summer.  Boreas Pass is about 10-minutes to downtown Breckenridge by the free Summit Express. 

Chistie Heights

Christie Heights is located near the heart of Breckenridge Ski Resort and is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in town due to its location.  It sits at the base of Peak 8 and the Breckenridge Nordic Center and steps from the BreckConnect Gondola and free shuttle service.  You can get to downtown or on the hill in minutes of this neighborhood. 

Highlands

Located within the Town limits of Breckenridge and on its own golf course. The Highlands neighborhood offers great options for the active outdoorsman with accessible wetlands for fishing, open space, golf, biking and year round hiking and cross country trails.  The Highlands neighborhood is located approximately 5 miles north of downtown Breckenridge but offers access to the free Summit Stage shuttle. 

Main Street

Main Street is a thriving downtown offering shops, dining and activities.  The BreckConnect shoots you up to the mountain, and you are in the heart of the action of this quaint historic mining town.  All of the shops and restaurants are accessible via walking and town is abundant with activity.  There are many festivals that occur all year long and color in the streets at all times.

North Breckenridge

Not to be obvious, but this neighborhood sits just north of downtown Breckenridge.  Most of the properties here will be single family homes.  Looking for a large group?  This is your go to.  With many properties in this area reaching over the 5 bedroom mark, this is a great option for large groups or families.

The Snowflake neighborhood offers lift access to the Snowflake Lift and is a short 5 minutes into downtown Breck.  

Warriors Mark

This is a wooded neighborhood just steps from downtown Breckenridge.  Flanked by the Blue River, you will be lulled by the soft roar at night.  All of the amenities that downtown Breckenridge offer are available by short walk or shuttle ride.  Be in the heart of it all, or on the slopes in no time from this very conveniently located neighborhood.
