Mountain Village

Mountain Village

Mountain Village is the resort town of Telluride. There is no cooler place than a Town with a Gondola as the preferred means of public transportation.  The Town of Mountain Village is a neighboring town to the Town of Telluride and is host to its own amenities including dining, shopping, golf, mountain biking and more.  Mountain Village is the home of Telluride Ski Resort. Everything here at Mountain Village is within walking distance and often guests do not need a rental car.

Town of Telluride

Town of Telluride is the original historic mining town settled in the 1800’s and offers quaint western appeal.  The homes in the Town of Telluride tend to be on the smaller side, but you can opt into a true victorian feel.  Most of the restaurants and shops are in Town and are accessible by foot, or Town shuttle.  There is a free gondola that connects you directly to Mountain Village in about 15 minutes, so mountain access is very easy.
