Located in the Sun Valley Inn, The Ram is a modern steakhouse that serves both gourmet American and European cuisines while utilizing locally grown foods in a comfortable bistro atmosphere. The chefs are masters of creation and they put time and plenty of effort into their imaginative dishes. They are open during breakfast, lunch, and dinner and also offer a children’s menu making it a very family-friendly establishment. However, they are only open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 5:30am to 9:30pm with dinner starting at 5:30. This is a definite must do on the weekend!

Named after the famed Olympic ski racer and Sun Valley resident Gretchen Fraser, Gretchen’s offers a wide variety of food. There is a selection for even the pickiest of eaters as their menu is extensive and well structured. Although the food is a little pricey, the quality and portion size is fit to the price and fails to disappoint.
