Crystal Lake Trail is a relatively short trail segment that connects to the alpine beauty of Crystal Lake and provides panoramic views of the Mammoth Lakes Basin, the Crystal Lake Trail is a must-do for visitors to the Eastside. Departing from the Lake George day-use area, the trail forks just less than a mile up to give the user the option of exploring the lake or continuing on to the Mammoth Crest. Crystal Crag, a granite monolith more than 10,000 feet high.
