The Big Tree is a massive, approximately 1,500-year-old redwood tree on a paved trail, topping 300 ft. & measuring 68 ft. around. The Big Tree is the largest one in James Irvine Grove and the 7th biggest in the whole Praire Creek Redwoods State Park.
