Sherpa Café is a family-owned and run business which serves classic Nepali, Indian, and Tibetan cuisine. Its founders are originally from Nepal and have been living in the Gunnison Valley with their families for many years. An ethnic Sherpa from the Khumbu (Mt. Everest region of Nepal) brings authentic Nepali, Indian, and Tibetan cuisine to Colorado.
