About

St. Simons Island, Georgia

St. Simons Island is the largest of the Golden Isles, Georgia’s barrier islands. The winding island streets are framed by moss laden live oaks, giving the island a charming southern feel like something out of a Faulkner novel.

St Simons Island is popular with golfers, who enjoy the beautiful courses and mild weather. The town features adorable boutiques and shops, and plenty of great restaurants to try the local cuisine, especially the seafood!

History buffs will love to visit the Bloody Marsh battle site, and the island’s lighthouse, which has been rebuilt after being destroyed in the Civil War.
