The partner we select will be one of the market leaders, and have great breadth and depth of property inventory. But most importantly – we are looking for a partner who is forward-thinking and whose ownership and leadership is collaborative.

Our local partner in your destination benefits from our proven platform to increase direct bookings by 20% year after year. We deploy a turnkey multi-brand, multi-market strategy using:

• Advanced Database Marketing through our TravelPoint Platform
• Distribution and promotion of our partner’s inventory on their own local Rentalz market microsite
• We develop and promote a local Escape Guide promoting our partner’s destination
And we use all of these elements to execute a turnkey multi-brand marketing strategy that promotes each of our partners’ properties to prospective guests by delivering targeted messages through email marketing and social media.

• NO Setup Fees (we don’t like paying setup fees ourselves, so we absorb the startup costs)
• NO commissions on any bookings from any guest already in your traveler database
• Modest monthly fees, which partially cover web hosting, TravelPoint access, content creation and promtion, and retargeting of your previous guests
• We earn your market’s normal travel agency/post departure commission on the initial booking from a new guest
