Kemosabe at Silverheels is a unique Sushi Grill specializing in Colorado Asian Fusion and American-style sushi and sashimi. The restaurant features hand-cut fish, choice steaks, Rocky Mountain trout, seafood, burgers, and much more. The atmosphere is as unique as the food. The Colorado bar keeps its cozy dark-stained old-fashioned log cabin feel with an interesting collection of taxidermy perched in the rafters.
There is a waiting room attached to the bar with a stand-to bar where you may grab a cocktail, draft beer, or glass of wine using a self-service QR Code mobile phone ordering or wander to the bar for straight talk and service. The main dining space has a modern East meets West look with a grey and red interior, wood wall accents, two granite sushi bars high-top tables, and dining sections with glass & leather top tables and skylights over the sushi bar.
