The Chop House is a classic “steak house” with traditions of mountain western game allied with western aged beef and bison. Many consider the Chop House to be the best restaurant in Telluride allied with the very best experience of dining at the heart of mountain life. They also have a tailored wine list of regional US and fine French wines available from their nitrogen wine bar. The special is available every night in the Parlor and at the Chop House Bar. The steak is their Prime Coulotte Sirloin 10 oz. from the menu. On the menu this steak is $26 so this “bar special” is a great deal with the steak and the glass of wine for just $21. The wine is Pinot Noir which they pour specifically for the “special”.
