Pescado is Telluride’s only full sushi bar with traditional Japanese dishes to ones with a modern twist. From simple yellow tail & scallion maki roll to the Pescado original Green Dragon. For those who don’t want sushi, their hot kitchen provides an array of seaweed salads, house made kimchee, veggie tempura or Ramen noodle bowls. Every Wednesday night is Indian Night. This is currently Telluride’s only tribute to authentic Indian Cuisine.
