Florie and Charlie Kane began the Floradora Saloon in 1973 and actively operated the restaurant for six years. It was quite a challenge in those days with the seasonal activities and sparse festivals. In 2005 Florie and Charlie’s middle son, Roscoe, joined the business as the chef to create a lively and fresh menu. They strive to make this restaurant a good representative of Telluride using fresh, local food with an innovative menu. Their menu includes a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, steak, spaghetti, crab legs, tacos, lamb chops, mahi mahi, and burgers.
