After over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business in Europe and Canada, Heidi’s Island Bistro opened its doors in Fort Myers Beach in July 2012. Heidi’s Island Bistro aims to make customers feel comfortable and wishes that its visitors enjoy great German and local dishes under the sun in Florida. The bistro offers a small attached bakery where customers will find some nice selections of sweets: apple strudel, cakes, and, of course, the famous Black Forest Cake.
