Porky's Kaua'i

There are several iconic flavors associated with the Hawaiian Islands, but perhaps nothing captures the everyday fare of this tropical paradise like the famous Kalua Pork Pineapple Sausage from Porky’s Kauai. One of just three items on the menu, this mobile culinary creation station’s motto is “aloha in a bun,” and boy do they deliver. From a simple idea and a perfectly executed concept, Porky’s restaurant has grown from its humble beginnings in 2013 into a fleet of two food trucks.
