Rucker Johns is a a family-owned business that first opened its doors in Emerald Isle in 1988 and Wilmington in 1993. Through the years their menu & locations have grown, but their commitment to quality has remained the same. Guests can always expect fresh, delicious food made in-house daily. They cut their own fries, prepare their own salad greens and the dressings are homemade. Rucker Johns hand cuts the steaks in-house and use Certified Angus Beef, even for the hand-pattied burgers.
