With an entrepreneur at the heart of the business, owner Ethan Anderson set his sights on the smokehouse on Highway 105 last spring. The concept was simple—combine gourmet ingredients with a splash of High Country style. The unique dining area is fit to seat 185 guests, including family, friends, and sightseers. The restaurant offers cozy inside seating or enjoy the color of the season on the patio—and don’t worry, the parking lot has room for the party.
