Since opening its first restaurant, Chow, in 2007, in Bend, Oregon, it has endeavored to pair a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere with refined dishes that dance on the palate. The restaurant sources local and organic whenever possible and regularly offers specials that feature the best of Oregon’s seasonal bounty in creative ways. Chow prides itself on having strong relationships with local and regional producers and is deeply committed to sustainability in all areas. All the enterprises were united under one restaurant group, Bend in Spoon, in early 2018.
