Thai Orchid Restaurant specializes in authentic Thai food. Its menu is introduced by its head chef and owner, Kanya Nicholas, with the mission to bring authentic Thai food to the Poconos from all four of Thailand’s cultural regions. In addition, Kanya’s cooking style recreates her favorite Thai dishes, providing the traditional selections on guests’ menus and incorporating a sphere of items and flavors not usually found in restaurants outside of Thailand.
