Dover Forge Restaurant

The Dover Forge Restaurant originally opened in 1961 and quickly became an après-ski and dinner favorite in the Mt. Snow Valley. By 2007 the property was in a sad state and the business was forced to close. In 2010, new owner Rich Caplan, purchased the restaurant and began the process of resurrecting the ‘Forge’ to its old glory.
