Four tourists making the trek to Cape Flattery, on the very tip of the Olympic Peninsula, pass through a little coastal village called Neah Bay, which is part of the Makah Indian Reservation. On the north side of town, right on the waterfront, lies Calvin’s Crab House, a favorite for locals and visitors alike. This little wooden eatery was serving farm-to-table food long before it was trendy.
